  • The world continues to change with the passing of decades, and many African languages are at risk of being lost over time if not actively supported and protected by their speakers. The Nuer language (Thon Naath), one of the oldest languages in the world, is no exception and faces challenges similar to those of other African languages. However, the Nuer people have taken the initiative to ensure that their language endures through the centuries.
